By submitting the pre-order form, you are sending a pre-order request to Fermento Bakery.

Your order is not confirmed automatically. We will check availability and confirm your order by email.

Payment is made in-store at pickup.

Panettoni are produced in limited batches, so availability may change.

Pickup policy

Pre-orders must be collected on the pickup date selected in the form and confirmed by Fermento Bakery.

If an order is not collected on the agreed pickup date and we do not receive any notice of delay, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you still wish to order after a missed pickup, please submit a new pre-order form.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

Products are made in a bakery where gluten, milk, eggs, nuts (peanuts), soy and other allergens may be present.
